My name is Jeff and I came to the UK with my family when I was 16. As an immigrant struggling to find work or connect with locals in those early years. I faced severe hardships and isolation. Today I am a proud British citizen with a thriving career. However, I will never forget how lost and lonely I sometimes felt as a foreigner adjusting to an unfamiliar land.

It is why I started SettleJobs - to help fellow newcomers access the supportive jobs, mentors, friends and networks that make all the difference in finding your feet abroad.
